it is possible it is down but when I go to install DBI I get the following error:

Either the module has not yet been uploaded to CPAN, or it is temporary unavailable. Please contact the author to find out more about the status. Try 'i DBI'. cpan> When I first started the cpan shell I chose the easy "no" to let it try to autoconfigure itself. Could that be the problem? Or is it currently not available? Robert
