Hm - the only Port in x11 which has the ui_mesg of xorg-server is mesa (done grep on xorg-server
in x11/*/Portfile) - where do you see an dependency-cycle?

xorg-server-devel (which will be xorg-server one day) depends on mesa, so we shouldn't have mesa depend on xorg-server.
