We forced a re-download of the corrupted file and propagated it across the impacted pools, and this has caused the machines to work properly now. The issue impacted pipelines for some MacOS pools in the West Europe region. The issue started at 2019-04-30 14:45 UTC and was resolved at 2019-05-01 12:20 UTC
Is it working now?
