They've reinstated old ciphers so now it'll work back to Mac OS X 10.6.

other mirrors only on compatible OS versions.
I'm not sure that's important, since the SSL-related failures are fairly
quick, and having to maintain a compatibility du jour list for mirrors
versus OS versions is just an added hassle. The mirrors that are actually
down are more annoying, since that involves timeouts, but that's not
something that one would expect to be reflected in a list (except for
permanent decommisioning).
