Thanks. This doesn't really answer the question if /bin/sh is still bash but I suppose there is little chance that has changed since 10.9 .
right. and I would have thought _that_ part of your original mail (the main part seemingly was concerned with POSIX compliance, no?) you had already answered yourself via issuing `/bin/sh --version'?
