Welcome to the list.  I hope you enjoy your stay.

Please fill free to ask any questions from us, and people will chime  
in as they can.

You do not need to buy anything for the mac at all.  The only things  
you may want, and it is your preference, is accessories.  These  
include braile displays, and so fourth.  Again, that is you  
preference.  VoiceOver comes built into the OS, and is immediately  
available for you to access upon using your new computer.
