You need nothing else. Under OS 9 and earlier you neaded Outspoken, but Voiceover Replaced that. If you are not English speaking, you need additional voices. YOur sales reputation does not know what they are talking about and they probably just want to sell something. This a Mac, Not a PC. YOu need nothing extra though I advise Apple Care.
