I'd have to disagree, at least as regards the software.  The Braille  
Sense is FAR superior in terms of its hardware, but the software is  
quite primitive in many respects.

As regards the PM versus an iphone, I do agree that they are different  
critters.  If you do a lot of reading braille, or working with  
documents, spreadsheets, etc.  The PM would be the better choice.  I  
love my iphone, but I can't sit down and read a braille book on it  
like I can with a Pacmate or braillesense.
