Hi Randi, When you open the Smart Playlist dialog, focus isn't on the first item. Press Shift-tab until you reach the Match the Following Rule check box. Be sure that it is checked, and press Tab once to a combo box where you choose the criterion you want to match, such as artist, release date, or song title. Then keep working your way through the dialog box, filling things in so that the playlist contains the content you want.
