Might want to just turn on SMB file sharing so you can mount your Mac's 
hard drive on your windows box. Specific steps vary depending on what 
flavor of OSX you are on. In the end, from your windows box you map a 
network drive and use \\your_mac_ip_address\your_mac_login_shortname as 
the folder and then click Connect using a different user name to put in 
your mac shortname and password.
