Thanks. I understand what you are saying about the preview pane and messages being marked as "read". However, I'm still confused a little about how to get voiceover to let me know if a message is read or "unread. I do not have mouse cursor following the voiceover cursor. However, voiceover continues to say "blank" and I know there is a graphic or symbol that indicates the mail is unread. I know this from sighted help and also zooming the voiceover cursor as large as I can get it. I do not like to rely on my limitted vision though as it is very time consuming and sometimes I still need sighted help and I prefer to do it on my own. :) I hope what I'm saying makes sense. :)
