How about the Aftershokz Bluez 2?  I would not be without mine and you'd leave 
your ears free to hear what is around you as the sound is conducted through 
your cheek bones.  The ear pads sit in front of your ears on your cheeks.  I 
love my Apple headphones and use them in conjunction with the Aftershokz!
