Hi all, I also have joined the ranks of the grateful for the wonderful job the folks at Apple Accessibility have done. The two peiple I spoke with while helping my friend resurrect her secondhand mac, were very patient, knowledgeable and spent hours of time helping myself and my friend, who is a new mac user sort this out. We were able to perform a clean install of Maverick and fix her email crash. They worked with us till the job was done. My friend is a new mac user and the helper there patiently walked her through the steps she needed to implement. Also, I would like to thank all those in the list who responded to my need at the time. Gerard Doody jerrydood...@gmail.com
