Hi, Strange indeed. If you are just using arrow keys, then the reason the Mailbox is changing is due to keyboard focus. Those items will not usually gain keyboard focus since they are not editable or modifiable elements. If when you Interact and continue holding down your VO keys and the Mailbox still changes, then I’m confused as to why you would have that many MailBox lists.
