Deedra, My opinion is that VO access to the terminal is quite good. The terminal session is contained in a buffer. You can scroll line by line using VO + up/down.
The other thing I wanted to mention is that there is a dropbox client for the mac. So if you can access dropbox from your tablet, you can use dropbox as a medium to transfer files between the mac and your tablet.
