hello all i am running win 7 pro in vm fusion 7 and since the latest update for the os i am having a lot of stuttering in the windows side so how would i go about saving my vm and doing a clean install would i save the virtul folder and then use cmd r to download a clean os and then run my time machine back up if this is wrong please feel free to tell me thanks in advance
