Yes, I know exactly what you mean.  I sat with one of our Adobe Master teachers 
fixing up a form and it took a bit of work to actually make it properly 
readable for me.  It took about 15 minutes to get all the fields fixed up, but, 
it sure was worth it to me.  I did have the advantage of having someone close 
by to fix things up where you probably did not.  PDF Pen Pro is rather 
expensive to just have it sit there in your apps folder.
