Another thing you could try is enabling Mouse Keys in accessibility
preferences, available from the System Preferences app. This normally allows
the mouse to be controllable using keyboard keys. There is an option to ignore
the built-in trackpad when you’ve enabled Mouse Keys.

Hello,
Is it possible to disable the trackpad on my MBP? If so, what’s the procedure
to do so?
TIA.
