Hi Karen,

Can you provide your email address I’d be interested in visiting with you about
TD Bank but I saw no contact info.

Hi,
write me off list about this.
As of last December, td bank is offering different formats for accessible
statements offline. You can also get the card with raized lettering again now.
Additionally, they *really* want to fix the site issues.
I would not recommend Chase to my worst enemy personally, but that is me.
still tD bank has made changes, in fact I would appreciate sharing your list
of issues with senior staff.

Hi Alex,
I use a couple. My primary bank is USAA which has a good app and is fairly
accessible. Admittedly, I haven’t used their website on my Mac so can’t comment
on whether it crashes or not but it worked well the last time I used it on a
windows machine. I also use a credit union called Washington Federal. However,
I believe its only available to residence of Washington State.
Hope this helps.

Chase is the best option I’ve found for this. Their statements and app are both
wonderful. I don’t think they support touch ID, but the password field appears
to support Braille input and the app doesn’t log you out until about 10-15
minutes have elapsed.

Hi all,
Sorry if you're getting this multiple times, I'm sending it to the three lists
I'm on.

I need a new bank. I currently use TD Bank, and their site and app are
accessible enough. The problems are:

1. I can only view six months of account history, and the PDF statements they
provide for longer history appear to be inaccessible.
2. Their app logs you out after you close it, even if you only leave it for a
minute. The app also fails to work with braille screen input, so you can't use
that to type your password, and does not support Touch ID.
3. When I try to use the TD Bank website on the Mac, Safari crashes. It has
done this for years, and every time I ask TD Bank support about it, I get a
different answer. No one can offer a fix, though.

What I'm looking for is something better. Fully accessible, obviously, but also
offering accessible statements, a more modern and robust iOS app, etc. Having a
bank card with raised letters on one side wouldn't hurt either. :) I'd love to
switch to Simple, but they still haven't opened new account creation yet, plus
they don't support any sort of business account, which I'd need. I'm in the
United States, by the way. Thanks in advance for any ideas anyone might have.
