JAWS and NVDA can be set to use the insert key instead of the caps lock key for example. In these cases, you don’t even need a key remap program like sharpkeys, you just set fusion to send insert key instead of the selected key. Again, this is the simplest way I know of. I currently use Sharpkeys to swap the grave accent key with the caps lock key, but I’ve also used fusion settings to send the insert key instead of the grave accent and set JAWS to use insert. Works both ways. What screen reader are you using, and why do you want to use the right alt key? that would be a difficult if not impossible swap to make in the fusion settings way.
