Hi, Regarding iTunes Match and Family sharing, the license terms at this time do not allow for Family Sharing of non-iTunes purchased content. so, those items uploaded using iTunes Match that were are not accessible to other family members using the Family Sharing service. The only way, at this point in time, is to use the same Apple ID for iTunes and App Store stuff, and a separate Apple ID for iCloud related stuff if you want access to iTunes Match content.
