When you get an incoming call, it'll pop the call notification up in the
foreground. just vo+right arrow a couple of times to the accept button, and
hit vo+space.

Subject: Answering a Skype Call on a Mac

  Hi All,

Using VoiceOver, what is the easiest way to answer a Skype call on a Mac? In
Windows one would have to configure the accessibility shortcut for answering a
call with Alt+Up Arrow under the Tools menu/Options. Is there a similar
configuration change required on a Mac or is there a default command that works
out of the box?

  Thanks,

  Mauricio
