Mary, I got that exact message back in February after getting a new iPhone 6 and restoring my encrypted backup from iTunes when I went to Voice Dream to re-Download my purchased voices. The problem eventually resolved itself but I wrote to Winston at the time and am including his response following my signature.
Alan Hi, Thanks for reaching out. The voices files are hosted on Amazon. I have heard of these issues, and a few times I ran into them myself. It's very strange to me. But in all cases, the problems are results a few days later or on a different network. If this is not the case, I would like to find out. In the next update, we're moving to a different type of hosting service on Amazon. I hope it'll improve things.
