Yes, please just ask the question or questions. When you have to go through 
tons of emails a day, it’s hard to read through a message if you have to plow 
through a lot of extraneous material.

   As a sound solution, though, Boom, might be what could help. Boom amplifies 
all of the sounds on the Mac, including the VoiceOver volume. It adds a sound 
device in System Preferences you select as the output. Just be careful with it, 
though during any OS updates because on occasion, it gets broken and you don’t 
have sound until you switch your device back to the system output.
