Hi, It sounds as if your Apple TV is off your network. Can you see it from either an iOS device’s airplay option or from the airplay remote speakers option in iTunes? I would suggest power cycling the Apple TV by just yanking the power cord from the back and waiting a few seconds before reconnecting. Is hardwiring it with an ethernet cable an option?
