I use a micro fibre cloth and a touch of the Isopropyl Alcohol <http://www.ebay.co.uk/bhp/isopropyl-alcohol-spray> which you can use with your Focus Braille displays as the Isopropyl Alcohol <http://www.ebay.co.uk/bhp/isopropyl-alcohol-spray> is designed to clean screens such as computer screens and your I phone screen. I got the Isopropyl Alcohol <http://www.ebay.co.uk/bhp/isopropyl-alcohol-spray> from Amazon as the name was in my Focus Blue manuals.
