I think this seems to be a problem with society in general it's just more noticeable with Apple because of the number of innovations in the past. But I don't see how Windows or Android or anything else is really doing anything that anyone would call progressive. It seems to me we're just stuck in some illusion of progress because people really don't contemplate things all that much. I'm not really happy with any of the technologies at the moment.
