Problem with the Mac Mini is that they seriously undermined it when going from quad-core to dual-core. Sure, it’s still a fabbo Mac, and I bought one to run headless and could probably use it as a replacement for my desktop if the need arose, and it’s still an excellent starter Mac. But it no longer threatens the iMac or Mac Pro and is no longer upgradable and that’s a great shame.
