Hi: I can only find con.apple.voiceover3.local.plist but it looks to be a document. I only see a portable plist file. Could it have gotten renamed somehow? I see some with other suffixes. Maybe they got changed somehow in Snow Leopard. Thanks so much Esther. Perhaps we should work on this off list so as not to clutter it with my problems if that's ok.
