Unbelievable, Scott. Even the capital passage indicator is not being displayed.
To those who may not know to what I am referring, the capital passage indicator is used to indicate that three or more words or Braille sequences are in all caps. The capital passage indicator can only be terminated by the capital passage terminator. The capital passage indicator is dot 6, dot 6, dot 6. The capital passage terminator is dot 6, dot 3. Consequently, if I wish to indicate that all of the letters in my favorite sentence, "I am the cheese," are in uppercase Letters, I would write: 6, 6, 6, i am the cheese. 6, 3. We're not talking rocket science here, right?
