Hi, I am trying to use the iPhone to gain access to one of those automated telephone systems. I'm sure you all know the sort of thing "press one to go insane, press 2 to have more automated options, press * to hear these options again". However, after dialling the initial number, I can't seem to: 1. find the keyboard; 2. as a consequence enter the numbers required to proceed.
Has anyone any tips for dealing with this? Do I need to tweak a setting or something?
