NO, you have to move following my earlier instructions   from the All 
Signatures area into the area for the account you want to use the signature in. 
show up in the signature pull down.

Again, when you open up edit signatures there will be a table called 
signatures. There will be at least two lines in that table. Your signatures 
need to show up in the "names" area when a mail account is selected in the 
first table.
