They have that’s true and Comcast does have the talking menus but on the down side, you’re on the Comcast network. The HD performance is shameful and over compressed, the DVR is not nearly as feature packed and you do not have equivalent upload and download speeds. You’re also on some shared facilities on the last mile. But your points are good ones they are good to veterans which is very important although Verizon seemed to be as well from what I saw on the wireless side and Comcast does have talking boxes which does help.
Speaking of Veterans I used to work with Bill Clinton’s White House switch operator.:).
