The answer I believe is possibly! There is no read write Lightening to USB adaptor other than the lightening to USB camera adaptor which allows you to connect a camera to your iPhone or IOS device and then view the photos on the camera or it’s storage card, This is a read only situation there is no write side of the adaptor / connection.
And of course there is always an however or but! I’ve seen youtube videos on jailbreaking of an IOS device and will allow you to use the USB to lightening camera adaptor into a usable USB connection. It also involved using a powered USB Hub as the IOS device didn’t have enough power output to read and write to the USB Flash drive. So All I can say is give it a goo. into Voiceover settings/Braille, and get my display to work? I just got off the phone with Apple before sending this message, and they told me that was actually a really darn good question, and to tell me the truth, they really honestly aren't sure. They said they suspect? it would work? but they just can't be too sure. Have any a you guys actually tried this, and if so, diddit work?
