HI Ann, Sorry to hear about your health scares,
I hope that all is now on the recovery and your getting back towards 100% These are things we all should think about as it's not just an age thing, Heart attacks and strokes can hit anyone anytime and at any age, Good luck and please take care while your recovering Simon f -----Original Message----- From: macvisionaries@googlegroups.com [mailto:macvisionaries@googlegroups.com] On Behalf Of Anne Robertson Sent: Saturday, 14 January 2017 9:52 PM To: macvisionaries@googlegroups.com Subject: Re: medical program for mac Hello Kawal, Thank you for your kind thoughts. My problems are actually worse than just the heart attack. Five weeks earlier, I suffered a minor TIA which is like a mini stroke. I lost all the feeling in the left side of my body and spent six days in hospital learning to walk again safely, and to use my left hand well enough to cope with life. I think I’ve got things back under control now and am making good progress, but at 64, recovery takes that bit longer than for a younger person. At least I now feel safe walking with my guide dog again.
