Hi, What's likely happening here is related to sorting. If your playlist is set to be sorted by some other parameter, such as Artist or Song Title, then dragging and dropping will not be permitted. Therefore, you must first sort things in the playlist by the Status column by pressing VO-shift-back slash, navigating to the Status column header, then press VO-space. Press VO-shift-back slash to take focus back out of the Header area. Now that items in the playlist are sorted by the Status column, you are able to custom sort items in the order you wish by using the old Drag & Drop method. That is, navigate to the song you wish to move, press VO-cmd-f5 to ensure that VO and mouse focus are synced, press VO-cmd-shift-space which announces "Mouse Down". Navigate to your desired location for dropping, press VO-cmd-f5 to sync focus again, then VO-cmd-shift-space to drop it. I can't recall whether it drops before or after, or if that depends on whether you're navigating up or down, so you may need to experiment some. It does work though.
