Hi Caitlyn,
Thanks for the info.
May be this will clarify what I'm trying to do after some one builds my new
site.

Heres what this guy james D who wants to build my new site said, in regards
to building my new site;
"You first have to think of a wordpress (or any other CMS site) has two
separate "post types", a "page" and a "post", in it's simplest form.

A page is where you have your static content (but can be editable) and the
"posts" are for "blogging, providing updates, or anything else you may want to
post and allow commenting.

Now, I recommend for you is if you are familiar with using Facebook to post
things, then use a plugin to import the FB posts into the site. There are a
couple Premium plugins that will do this well by making "individual posts" to
your site instead of just a "feed wall" from your facebook account.

Now if you don't mind using the website to post things there are plugins that
do the reverse but I am not sure as to the extent.

Take note, some of these plugins, depending on "free" version functions, may
need a premium version to attain exactly want you may want for any given task.

If you are active on Facebook I recommend the first scenario as the world goes
to FB and the communication is faster and instant considering emails from your
server and no live chat etc..

Everything else is template choice, layout and design, artwork, content and
time.
If you would like me to go forward with your site, then I could either charge
an hourly rate or a flat price, however the flat price does have it's "time
allotted restraints, like block rates for studios. On average I charge a
minimum $30 an hour for a site build with at least a $120.00 non-refundable
deposit to cover the first 4 hours of time. An average site, with content
provided, usually takes 15-20hrs depending on your approval of the finished
product. If I have to create logos, etc., etc., then it could run up to
40-50hrs because of the back and forth of approvals and time making changes.
Artwork is alway a subjective thing to the beholder."
I personally am not a web site builder, I just don't have the time.
What I'm talking about is using VoiceOver to do the "content management" after
some one builds the initial site.
Thats why I was asking about the options to do this.
How much does dream host charge for your site hosting?
My business just happens to be an audio recording studio and yes we do voice
overs to. :)
Thanks
Chuck
