Ray, again you’re wrong.
I have had the council for two companies I have worked for evaluate this and
they say not only is it acceptable to discuss public beta items on public lists
but it’ was acceptable for me to do so representing the interests of the
companies so not only was I protected as an individual I was protected if I
wanted to discuss the topic on behalf of my employers. Something they wouldn’t
do lightly. Further more, there’s enough case law to demonstrate that
including the word public removes any expectation of privacy. (If you don’t
secure your own trade secrets and represent them as public they are not trade
secrets). I forget the latin phrase for this but I’ve won hundreds of thousands
in a case where I was given secret information that was represented as public
and then attacked for releasing that data even though I had received
authorization.
Finally, most of the verbiage in any Apple non disclosure is non
enforceable outside California because of imperfections in the language.

The most important precedent here though is Apple has already dictated this to
be a public beta. Public is the important adjective here and indicates that
it’s for public consumption and discussion. So again, unless you know what
you’re talking about please stop giving bad advice. I’m quite sure the Harvard
Law School suits who advise me are more clueful on the topic.
