Hi Donna, here’s what worked for me: while on the lock screen, when I saw the notification, I dismissed it. So, using the VoiceOver rotor, I swiped down until I heard “more”, then double-tapped. I then found the dismiss button and double-tapped on it to get rid of the notification. Since then, I haven’t seen it again. If the notification comes up again for you, you could try this.
