I'm glad to know that the USB sticks show up in High Sierra. I think the last time I made a bootable stick, then tried to use it, was back on El Capitan. I think I'll make a bootable stick, sometime this week. It's a good idea to have one, right? Thank you all for chiming in on this one. I love re-evaluating my perspective on these types of issues said reevaluation being inspired by all of your wonderful feedback. Hi Mark, I have not experienced what you are stating. In all previous version of the MacOS bootable installer on a USB stick that I have created, it was visible through the Startup Disk. I just tested my High Sierra USB installer and it was visible in the Startup Disk pane as well. I'm certainly not disputing that you've had that experience, but it is not the morn. Later...
