Yeah now running my watch with 100% volume to make sure I can hear things. Either it’s messed up or my hearing is.

The problem I run into is after swimming or otherwise getting the device wet. At that point, it gets a great deal quieter until it dries some. The water lock sound helps, but not as much as you'd think.
