Hi, They can FaceTime you with your Apple ID eMail address. So, if your Apple ID is hank...@gmail.com, then that is how they would need to place the FaceTime call. When they are in FaceTime at their end, they would enter hank...@gmail.com into the field and they'd be able to connect to you.
