Hi,

It should work where deleting on the Mac deletes on the iPhone as long as both
the iPhone and the Mac have the gMail account set up as iMap. If you've
confirmed that both are set up with the iMap protocol, then what you are doing
should work. Deleting the messages on the Mac in the Mail app is much easier
than doing it in a browser or on the iPhone.

Hi all,

I’m hoping you guys have a better way to accomplish this. Using mail on the
Mac, deleting a bulk group of messages rarely translates over to mail on my
phone. I am using Imap and a gmail account.

Currently, I need to log into gmail on the web and bulk delete that way. It is
cumbersome and time consuming. Something I only do every other Month or so.

Any recommendations to better manage mail? I’d love to be able to do it via a
Mac app.

Thanks,
Traci
