I have only one active e mail account: the Verizon POP account I
mentioned.  I can't find the "remove now" button you mentioned in the
Mail App's screen.  If I look at the index of apps, select Mail, and
press "Command-I" for information, I'm not seeing this button.  If I
open Apple Mail and go to the "Mailbox" menu, there is a menu setting
with a submenu called "Erase Deleted Items," but that's not the one
you mean, right?
