Hi Kelly, What key presses are you using to start narrator or jaws?
I would suggest turning off voiceover and use the right command key and dtrl plus enter to start narrator and then see what you get happening from there? JAWS, particularly, as you know, has the Sound Card option as one of the things in the Utilities folder. See if there’s more than just the default Windows sound card as an option. 2. With your VM running, you should be able to do CTRL+Opt+Right to get to devices, interact with them and make sure the sound card is present there.
