I’ll try that later as I’m about to get ready to go to work, I don’t want to be 
late as I’ve been off work fore two months now with a broken wrist and this is 
my first evening back. 
I was playing round and discovered the VO+h twice and then I was able to arrow 
down until I found speech and was able to adjust the rate from there.
But thanks again for that key combo as that would be much quicker.
