That would be me. To do this:
• When you open the Mail app, you should be in the Messages table.
• Interact with that table. You should then be on a message in that table
• Now, interact with that message. If you aren’t on one, Voiceover + Right 
arrow until you are.
• Now, you should hear “unread” or from whom the message is sent. Right arrow 
until you hear the subject spoken; it is passed the time it was sent.
• Now, you can just use Down Arrow to navigate between messages, Delete to 
delete them, (delete is where backspace is on other computers,) or Return to 
open it.
• Note also that you can navigate by sender, or even receive time if you want. 
I navigate by sender in the “Junk” folder, for example.
