It possibly being locations specific could be why people in countries other than the US aren’t seeing it. But it certainly isn’t location specific to my little area here. None of the stations I saw were in Oregon, much less in Eugene Oregon. There was even a BBC one. Just one. I think it might’ve been world service, can’t remember.
