I have access to a Macbook Air at my job. It has several logins enabled
on it, including mine. But when I turn it on, all I can get it to say at
the login screen is "user name". I've pressed every key and key
combination I can think of and I can't get it to let me log in. I need
to get to the users scroll area so I can select my user name and enter
my password.
Twice now, I've gotten sighted assistance to log in but the people who
have helped me seem to think ther's nothing wrong. In other words, I
can't get a solid answer from them on how to avoid this problem in the
future.
