Hi Tim,

        I did some additional experimentation.  I don’t expect to solve this 
but here is something interesting. 

If I press the context menu and then try to go to move it is slow and usually 
says mail busy at least once. 

However, If I press the context menu and then close it and immediately open it 
again my computer is snappy and I can move the email quickly.

Very strange.

But for now it makes me a little less crazy to do it this way as I’m not 
waiting for the computer to respond.

Just thought I’d share in case someone else experiences this.

Glad your family is all together.  We  unfortunately have a member in a distant 
country in quarantine and after 13 days of testing negative now tested 
positive.  And, Vermont USA where I live is now on lock down.

Crazy times, but man, I appreciate my technology more then ever!
